Ripe green fruit, green apple, quince, some citrus. Rubber note (same that you find in riesling and cava). Alcohol Medium +, Acidity Medium, Medium finish. Good example of Grenache Blanc but not my favorite.

Light touch aromas and palate of lemon, yellow stone fruit, melon, floral. Fine acid balance. In contrast to other notes though, this bottle was a tad nondescript in finish and without much length--rather faded instead of developing. I thought it had that purity mentioned by Barolo, but it ended up elusive. I'll be interested to try my second bottle down the road a bit.

Medium(-) lemon-straw, widely-spaced tears @13.3% abv. Medium aromas of lemon, pithe, petrole notes and herbal notes. Dry, high acidity, light tannin, medium alcohol and body. Palate of apricot, peach, lemon, guava, gooseberry, and herbaceous notes. Great purity. Focused, bracing acidity with good length and supertight chalky finish. Very well done, can deal with most foods.

Drank over several nights. Nicely made, essentially same profile as prior note, maybe a tad more definition this time around, which made a difference.
