Appearance: med gold Nose: med+ intensity, pineapple, toast, honey, honey cake, brioche, lemon curd, red apple, pastry, developing. Palate: dry, med+ acidity, med alcohol, med+ body, med+ intensity, pineapple, apricot, nutty, creamy texture, traditional style chardy, med+ finish, a hints of saline in the finish. Overall, very good. Drink perfectly now. Only $37 purchase from cellar door. Very good value. :)

Starting to show a hint of golden colour. An inviting nose of citrus (limes?), whiffs of pineapple, ripe rockmelon and even a touch of grassiness. On the palate it is textural and 'mouth filling', driven by fresh melons, with good citrus acidity. Fine grain french oak completes the palate; rounding and filling out the finish, giving it a mild spice and nuttiness. Overall a very nice wine. I reckon I will wait 2-3 years before drinking my last bottle.
