I have tasted this twice within a week and the immediate thought was no recognition (it was served blind). Warm and rounder than the first bottle but still with good acidity. After 20 minutes the acidity did become more apparent and this bottle resembled the first bottle much more.
A nice wine.

really clean, long and racy taste - the tone is like a very-well made Chablis but with a touch of typical Chassagne note.
