  Gently decanted. Clean crimson colour. Mixing aromas of petals of rose, earth, flesh meat, old black pepper and oak. A bit monolithic and humid anyway. A veggie note also.
  Sense on the palate it is over alcoholic and sightly harsh. Shortie aftertaste and pretty acid on the tongue. Pairing well with a cotechino with lentils.
  
  Decantada de forma amable. De un limpio color carmesí. Aromas mezclados de pétalos de rosa, tierra, carne fresca, pimienta negra vieja y a roble. Un poco monolítica y húmeda en todo momento. También una nota vegetal.
  Se siente en el paladar pasada de alcohol y ligeramente áspera. Cortito postgusto y bastante ácida en la lengua. Emparejada con éxito con un cotechino de Módena con lentejas.
