Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • This wine was advised by a wine merchant. Pale gold colored and slow evolving legs. In the nose some light toast, vanilla, lemon and minerals. The tastes is like a good Chablis or Chassagne with all the flavors as promised by the nose and a steely, leesy finish. Still angular and needs time.

What a pleasant suprise for those that seek a good French Chardonnay as a replacement for white Burgundy. This is build to last. Drink this after three to four years in bottle for those that like the Chablis sharpness or wait six to ten years for a more Chassagne like experience.
