There are times when an extra dry sparkler is just what you need. Not too dry and not to sweet. Wine served with a homemade meyer lemon almond cake and whipped cream (SF Chronicle).

Drank in the hot tub in plastic glasses for our anniversary. Amazing value champagne. Slightly sweet profile but easy for two to drink the entire bottle. Get more.

In these days where everything is brut X, brut nature, and zero dosage, this wine was really a breath of fresh air. Just fantastic. Went great with Indian food. There was a hint of autolysis, bread, etc, but in a good way. Lots of stone fruits; peaches, apricots, etc. The sugar was not in any way cloying, in fact it was very balanced. We love the regular Roederer Estate Brut, but would not hesitate to buy this again.

Excellent, just a touch richer and more restrained than the regular version. We caught this bottle on a very good day
