Dark inky purple in color. Notes of plum, dark cherry, black currant, cigar box, and a touch of green chili on nose and palate. Velvety smooth mouthfeel. Nicely balanced with supple tannins. This is a very tasty blend and went perfectly with the marinated Rosemary flank steak we grilled for dinner this evening.

Mostly red fruit, with juicy/fleshy simplicity but with just enough backbone to engage the more experienced taster. Good BBQ wine.

Kind of like a combination of a pinot noir and a cabernet Franc. Lots of terroir and tannin but light bodied. An engaging wine at a good price point.

A decent new world crowd pleaser. Structured enough for a geek but "smooth" enough for a novice, with dark cherry, vanilla, and malty lactic flavors.

Fleshy and juicy, with more body than I remember, and prettty and perfumed. More elegant than i remember too. Not nearly as four square.
