Bright light yellow-golden. Citrus, sour apple, some peach and young pineapple notes are joined by a saline aspect and a faint hint of smoke. Medium-bodied and well-balanced, with lively acidity and very good persistence. Drinks well. Good value.

Rudi Wiest Tasting (Republique Los Angeles): Slightly less bright than the Gunderloch, but perhaps slightly more refined by comparison. Sour apple, citrus, floral notes on the nose. Great minerality and salinity as well. Very nice on the palate and a very nice finish.

Goldgelbe Farbe, fruchtiger Duft nach Zitrusfrüchten und leichter Pfirsichnote. Die Säure ist im langen Abgang spürbar
