  From the fridge - very cold. Extremely effervescent - a bit bubbled over on opening. Fruity, with minimal yeast or brioche on the nose. Initially very tart, dry, yet fruit forward. Very nice with some white cheese and crackers. This is more in the direction of new world sparkling wines than toward a Champagne. Disgorged Feb 2021. Appropriately priced. Recommended.

  Etwas später degorgierte Flasche, August 2020, vielleicht noch eine Spur zitroniger als gewohnt, insgesamt weiterhin sehr hohes Niveau.

  Always different, always same... Der Bründlmayer Brut ist eine sichere Bank, hier in einer doch erst sehr kürzlich degorgierten Variante nochmals vordergründig frischer und zackiger Säurekontur versehen. Viel Zitrusfrucht, auch Zesten jener, weiße Blüten, dezente Kräuterwürze. Dann ein wenig Luft, ein wenig Wärme und die zarten Reifenoten tauchen auf, Haselnuß, Brioche... Eine komplette G'schicht.

  Einer der wenigen Österreichischen Sekte, die konstant einem guten Champagne das Wasser reichen können. Degorgiert Mai 2019
