  Served table side at a large lunch party, so notes are limited. Selected this wine for its Muscato flavors, which more easily handle sweetness than a typical demi-sec Champagne. Wine was refreshing and had all the notes peach and a bit of marzipan-like flavors. Acidity was good too as the wine was not cloying.
  
  Served alongside a rhubarb upside down cake (NYT). The wine/cake combo work really nicely.
