  Nose shows a bit of button mushroom, chalk, and a touch of lemon rind. Palate reveals... not much. Slight minerality, with a bit of round texture, but not much to it. Maybe should be drank super young and cold, but it's really just "meh". Not much to it - bottle says to drink with salads or steamed vegetables (so nothing too exciting, much like the wine itself). It's just kinda there. Might revisit in a younger, colder iteration, but save your money for a different white burgundy with more promise.
