Restrained fruity nose. Medium bodied, dry, tight and acidic, showing subtle tart yellow fruit. Nice austere style but felt a bit too closed. Decent pairing with the grilled cod at Pompier.

Pale yellow. Coconut, vanilla, green apple, citrus, wet granite, white pepper and some litchi on the nose. The wine has fresh, pure and yet firm palate. Salty mineral and even vibrant acidity are there too. When PnP it was simple a bit but after 1-2 hours breathing, it getting better and better. Quite balanced, concentrated for the level. Impressive at this moderate price. It will be fantastic with shellfish or Japanese or Korean style sliced raw fish. Alc. 12.5%

Popped and poured. Clear, pale lemon. Nose: Saline minerality, white smoke, citrus lemon, hints of green apple and peach. Palate: High acidity, medium body, medium flavour intensity of citrus lemon and grapefruit. Medium finish. Light, lithe and fresh. Great over lunch.
