  Very soft effervescence when opening the cork. Amber with nicely persistent bubbles.
  
  Nose plummy apricot, a wet rock tinge.
  Palate strongly tart acidity especially as it warms, but balanced with a ripe peach flavor. A mineral note at the core. Supremely deep, wonderful. Layers of flavor. In a great place now at 10 years old.
