Nose brambly raspberry and blackberry. Herbal - garrigue. Seems quite fresh and acidic still. Palate balanced, still fruit driven, with some secondary development and herbal notes. Mineral of crushed rock. Long finish. Way more enjoyment and complexity than it "should" have. They kept true to the region, while not letting it get too hot or overdone.

No detailed notes- PNP over two hours. No longer shrouded in baby fat, the wine has likely hit whatever stride it is going to have. A fair example of a Southern Rhône red with good balance and medium weight. Straight forward and simply tasty on its own or with lighter fare. There is nice fruit- blue, black, and a touch of red currant; there is a nice little hint of herbaceousness; there is a tiny hint of spice on the finish. The wine is composed showing decent acid and integrated tannins. It doesn’t seem like a lot of upside for waiting. Drink now and over the next year or so.

Nicely done if simple southern rhone style. Blueberry blackberry and dark raspberry along with bramble notes. Hints of hot stone. Plenty ripe without being over the top. Balance good for region and vintage.

Tasted after a hour of air. Some herbs on the nose. Medium garnet color. Very spicy. Some funk and rustic notes. Excellent balance. Some lift on the mid palate. Good persistence. Very nice.

I’ve now tried multiple bottles. Do not pop and pour: this needs time to air. Still only mildly enjoyable. Acidic, tarry.
