Cata Cegues #1 (Nu Restaurant): The wine looks yellow colored. The legs are medium. It smells like lemon, lime, apple, honeydew, pineapple, petrol, stoniness and honeysuckle. The body is medium. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has high acidity.

Almost identical notes to previously, except that I didn't detect anything that would have suggested gewürztraminer. Also, the nose didn't start reductively, but with sponti. The flavours seemed more complex and the length, lenghthier. Close enough to fine, this time.

Yellowish. Starts with reductive notes, but these quickly give way to slightly pungent melon and some quite spicy and ripe elements which verge on gewürztraminer, but without the musky feature of that variety. I've said it before when drinking and noting this producer's riesling, that it doesn't necessarily spell Mosel. And that's the case with the nose here - it's almost Rhine-like, minus the pineapple. A soft entry and sweetish middle with an array of concentrated pungent fruit flavours. The feinherb style is properly interpreted in this lightweight, kabinett-weight wine. If the nose had me thinking Rheingau, then the carved as opposed to curved palate revealed its true origin. Very good plus and should provide maximum refreshment over summer.

Beautiful nose. Floral aromatic, a hint of petrol. On the palate a creamy mouthfeel, lot of lime & citrus, earl grey to black tea and again a hint of petrol. Decent length. Lovely, ready to go, no need to hurry.
