A tad thin, but still very enjoyable. Not a lot on the nose, but on the palate there is a nice balance between tannin and acid. Not much cherry left at this late date, but berry and plum are still present, as well as wet oak leaves, which works very nicely.

Medium ruby color. Perfumed aromas of oak, vanilla, and cherries on the nose. The fruit forward palate features more cherries, red plums, strawberries, raspberries, light earth, tea, cherry coke, and spice.
Tannins are low, acid is medium-plus, alcohol is medium, and the finish is medium. Not for aficionados of the Burgundian style, this is a pitch-perfect example of a Central Coast pinot noir fruit bomb. If that is your thing, you will also love the QPR here at only $20.

Dark fruit and Earth on the nose. Tastes like prunes, minerals, and actually a little blood orange towards the end. Smooth up front, ending sharp

Opened bottle immediately after an Oregon PN, so not surprising to feel a bit of relative ripeness and weight
That said, this still provides good cherry acidity, and barnyard aromas on the back
Solid value
