Notes of pear, citrus oil and noisette introduce a supple, quite open-knit wine, with lovely sap and balance, but missing the intensity and tensile acid line of the Moreau Chassagnes - a lovely, earlier drinking white Burgundy, and a good introduction to the Domaine's style, but I sense that this cuvée could become even better.

Tuesday Cellar Visits in Burgundy - Remoissenet, Bernard Moreau, Pousse d'Or, Comte Liger-Belair (Cote d'Or): Barrel tasting at the domaine. slightly reductive nose. Apple, lemon with a fruit-driven and forward character. Easy to enjoy already. Probably best young.
