  This wine was fantastic. Aside from being a truly phenomenal QPR, this was so enjoyable to drink. On its own, the darker fruit was deep and thorough, filling the mouth with very subdued tannins. Blackberries, with undertones of bittersweet chocolate and baking spices. Fairly long finish, but not the least bit overpowering. Great with food as well. Drinking perfectly right now - curious if the second bottle in the cellar will be just as good.
