  • AP 10 16, 10% ABV, TA 8,2 gr/l, RS 27,7 gr/l. Just a hint of spontaneous fermentation aromas on the nose, delightful interplay of zippy acidity and sweet fruit, cassis, peach and aromatic green herbs, salty minerality, perfectly balanced, very good persistence and length. Lovely now, elegant and charming, more precision in five years' time. Drink 2022-2030. At Weinstube Kesselstatt, Trier, Germany.
