Consumed over two nights. First night, the wine seemed disjointed. Second night, nose of dark red fruit, glycerin, alcohol. Palate shows blackcurrant, hint of spice, ok acidity, long finish. It would pair well with steak. Probably would be better in 5 years, and might show more complexity as the fruit dominates currently.
