  In a nutshell this is a baby Barolo with all good Nebbiolo elements. Dark fruits such as black cherry combined with the more fresher kind such as raspberry. Tar, intense black tea and smoky notes, good grippy tannines which are in sync with the rest of the wine. Not overly complex and stood up well against the venison stew I made with it. It can be kept several more years for more tertiary characteristics.
