Great value Riesling. Lots of wine for $12. Nose is quite petrol dominated and a bit earlier than expected but on the palate the wine has nice notes of ripe citrus and stone fruit, peach, orange, rocky slate.

I got this at Chapel West wine Store (New Haven, CT) to pair with Thai food. It was the only CHILLED bottle of off-dry riesling that looked like it would pair with our Thai food take-out. (I had brought rhone and pinot noir wines but didn't anticipate we'd get Thai food).
First, this wine is a *great* pairing with Thai food, which enhanced all its flavors. There were notes of mineral, stone fruit. floral, citrus and honeysuckle, and it god a pleasant spice on the finish with the Thai food. (We had drunken noodles, chicken fried rice, tofu in some sauce and curry).
The wine is made just outside the Rattlesnake AVA in Yakima Valley, Washington State.
I think I might slighty prefer the Kung Fu riesling wine (but that wasn't chilled at the store that night), but it was very good with the Thai food. (Would work with Chinese food, too). $13.99 at Chapel Street Wines, apparently $9-$11 elsewhere. Good QPR for that price. Drink now.

Unsurprisingly, very likable. I was looking forward to this bottle based on my outstanding experiences with Kung Fu Girl. For 12 bucks, it delivers. Balanced, a little zippy, light spice, fruity/floral, lasting finish. Really long finish. Rather mouth filling, dimensional flavors. Stelvin top. An easy go-to for everyday drinking, parties, sipping, whatever.
