Pale, golden tinge. Halide-infused mineral nose, ozone, sea breeze, Japanese cucumber melon. Steely mineral palate, again seaside, halide and melon, a faint trace of subtle spice.

Quite elegantly light footed on opening, almond blossom, orange blossom. Following 3 hours open wet slate on a fairly restrained nose but quite an explosive palate of spice, peach and mineralite on entry, kelpy saline on the long finish. Very nice.

Afraid I committed vinfanticide. Very restrained nose, just a hint of melon and chalk. Initially understated peach with a hint of bitter kernel. 4 hours later still peachy but with an overlay of almond and orange blossom, spearmint, candied apricot and gentle spice on a very mineral backdrop. Quite long. Wait 2-4 years for bottle number 2?

From a small plot just below Bienvenues this absolutely over-delivers. It has a nose of pure white peach with some aniseed and mineral as well. It is full, voluminous and possesses a high glycerol feel. There's good detail and excellent depth of flavour. Length is impressive.
