  • Needed about 30 minutes in the decanter to open up.

Medium garnet with an orange ring. The nose is heavy with secondary aromas. Lots of mushroom and yeast. Forest floor, red cherries, cranberry and a whiff of oak round out the nose. On the tongue: Sour cherry, cranberry, and a lot of minerals. Bright acidity. Tannins are light and velvety. Long mouthwatering finish heavy with the fruit and mineral profile with just a hint of oak supporting it. Overall a nice wine but too acidic for my personal liking.
