  Medium body, pale straw yellow color. Intense apples, citrus and floral aroma. Green apples and lime, oily and mineral on the palate, medium long finish. Powerful, fresh but too sharp, crisp, complex, well balanced, gentle acidity. Food friendly, best match is crawfish or poultry. Open half hour in advance. Serve 12º - 16º. Drink now.
