Screw cap. The wine was light lemon in colour and offered apple, lemon and some peach on the nose and palate, with a touch of residual CO2, medium-plus acidity and average length. The pleasant, medium- to light-bodied wine was well-balanced, but fairly simple. It worked surprisingly well with our tomato + mushroom-based paste sauce. A very solid entry-level Riesling. Drink now.

That is some interesting stuff. With texture. Not bound up, not tight, but pretty good, wish I had more time to explore.
