  “The Faces of Chardonnay”, Flight 1, Wine 3: This medium-bodied, very fresh Chardonnay was medium lemon in colour and offered apple and ice bonbon aromas on the nose and palate, with medium-plus to high acidity and very good length. Very young. Should age reasonably well.
