My tasting note on this wine from 9/19 is spot on. This is one of the most savory expressions of California Chards that I’ve ever had. This is loud and proud gushing with tropical fruit, toasted oak, and almost a meal in a glass it is so savory. Mr. Kenward gets the most out of the Chardonnay grape in this bottling. The antithesis of Grand Cru Chablis.

Pear, apple, spice, pepper.
Well integrated at this point - drink now. Not so much fruit left.

slightly oxidized, dark yellow/orange, oaky.... feels like a good wine hidden under there, but not enjoyable on this go round.

Nose: light grass and lemon
Taste: lemon and steel. Very smooth with a nice finish with a hint of vanilla.
