Palate:nice intensity,gd acidity,gd ripeness but seems montrachet region enjoy better sunshine due to still slightly lack of fruit.subtle oak influence here which I like.luv the intense mineral finishing yet having some ripe fruity character blending with it.this vintage is definitely better showing than the le clos 2011 from the same producer but intensity le clos has an upper hand.i njoy tis bttl tremendously

approx 29 euros Normandie Wines, Quiestram, France.
Well chilled. Cork seal.
C....pale
N.....wood, some peach, some citrus, a bit dull.
T.....tight, good concentration, heaps of minerals/limestone/flinty impression, a taut core. Off dry. Ripe white/yellow fruits but with plenty of acid. Tart-ripe apples (Granny Smith foremost). Length a bit short at the moment, but you feel the potential, has some steely power. Needs to be cellared and this raw power mellow. Would like to taste it again in 2020. Superb Fish wine, maybe white meat dishes with creamy sauce.
2nd tasting same bottle, next night. Tasted at 8c. Chalky minerals, floury tannins, still a steely core of power, crying out for the cellar. Decided it lacks a bit of 'roundness' or 'softness.' In any case, a classy Foodie wine, ideal for Fish.
VFM?.....at 29 euros not a bargain. Probably buy again in very good vintage.
