  Dark ruby. Nose of rich red berry fruits, cherry, powdery tannins, overripe dark plum, woodiness (oak, totara bark), old piano, licorice, charcuterie (cumin cured meat) and slight red wine vinegar (VA creeping). Palate introduces darker bramble fruit, riper plum, sharper cherry, strawberry, older-integrated flavours. Full mouthfeel and expression, structure all there. Finishes with medium length. $14, great QPR.
