  Medium body, crimson red color, intensively aromatic, red fruits, smoked plum, cedar wood and herbal aroma, cherry, herbs, wood notes and spices on the palate, bitterness of cherry or plum stones on finish, long finish, well structured, complex but dis-balanced, thin acidity, moderate tannins, food friendly. Well associates with pilaf or meat risotto. Serve 18º - 22º. Still tannic but already enjoyable, drink now and next three years.
