FWS Bourgogne Class: Fun to drink this right after the Chablis. Slightly richer than the Chablis, but by no means a big wine. Very floral compared to other Aligote I've had before with a hint of a spice aroma too. Some even compared this to a toned down Gewurztraminer, and I can see why on the nose. Elevated acidity with a medium level body. Even though this is much more floral than traditional white burgundy, it still somehow taste of the region... A lot of fun

Very interesting bottle of a neglected varietal. Gold w green on the rim. Aromas of green apple, pear, and rock. Medium bodied, medium plus acid. Nice minerality present. Hard to tell from a village level white Burgundy. Wonderful value at $20

Do not serve or drink cold. Better at cellar temp.

Light citrus nose; hint of peach and cream with vanilla notes. Stone fruit and mineral finish.

Martine's Wines - Portfolio Tasting (Sofitel - Chicago IL): Tasting, brief note. Ripe for Aligote with better balance vs most vintages. Very good value.
