  Yatir is came back to previous label. Full body, deep garnet red color. Intense ripe wild fruits, pepper and tobacco aroma. Plum, black cherry, cedar wood and white chocolate on the palate, long peppery finish. Powerful and rich but very fresh, bold texture, complex, well balanced, gentle acidity and thin tannins. Food friendly, best match is meat or pasta. Serve 18º - 24º. Open half hour in advance. Ready, drink now and next five years.
