Niagara Peninsula is having increasing success at making longer lived reds. This bottle had surprisingly lively fruit out of the bottle with beautiful depth of colour and foreward fruit. A little too acid for the tannins (no sediment at 10 yr). I left it to see if it would open up and rebalance a but but it just got diminished taste and more acidic over 3 hours of aeration
