  Tasted at the winery...due to time constraints at the tasting I have less detail than I’d like. Nevertheless I was treated to 2 barrel samples, one will be 2 years in barrel (3 barrels worth), the other with one year in Barrel and one in "the egg" (1 barrel). Both were lovely but quite different yet layered, complex and quite rich, especially the 2 year Barrel. The final blend is still to be determined. I'm looking forward to it! Thank you Patrick!
