Dark fruits, soya sauce, cinnamon and cumin with a touch of cedar. Elegant and clean. Palate echoed the nose. Medium-bodied structure. Velvety tannins from entry to finish. Transition is seamless and smooth. Need some decanting for the wine to open up. Will continue to develop for 3 years.

Thanksgiving 2020! We popped this bottle picked up on a trip to France in 2016. Lovely aromas of plum, blueberry, and rocky French terroir. The mellow nose belies a spicy cocktail of white pepper, flinty stone, sour cherries. With time the flavors softened to vanilla & dark cherry. All good for washing down the turkey.

This was a wild wine! It was moderately fruity and very acidic, displaying quite special and strong flavors of garrigue, herbs, barnyard and dark fruits.

Vibrant and alive, almost petillant; sweet fruit, garrigue, lovely balance and presence, loving it. On day 2 after opening even better ... and very fresh indeed. 93+ #podcast

Wonderful wine., A bit reductive on the nose, quickly disappears, the taste is Grenache pure and light, almost feminine; M. Gras certainly has changed his ways. Cool elegance to this, the vintage speaks, but also the place. 93+ #Bichel#Frb
