  Fully clear with a pale yellow tint.
  Fresh green apple and pear on the nose. Nice zest and fruit.
  Crisp, fresh green apple on the palate. Very refreshing. Simple, but perfect for what it is.
  Finish is short and sharp.
  Fantastic all around. No surprises, no complaints. Good, clean Sauv Blanc that pairs great with light foods.
