  A nose of some cherry and some spice, light ruby in color. A light to medium bodied red, with cherry, raspberry, some cola and spice, a bit thin, average at best. www.winelx.com

  Pale ruby in color, this wine shows aromas of black tea, mushroom, Asian spices, cherry compote and wet leaves. The mouth feel is light bodied with soft tannins and more red fruit undertones. The finish has brisk acidity and defines the earthy elements. 12.5% abv.
  
  Purchased for $15US, this is an excellent Burgundy that clearly shows its sense of origin. It's also an outstanding qpr.
