I brought this to a CMS tasting group. It's 60 Merlot, 40 CS
Pours a clear deep ruby with a pink rim. Lots of ripe red fruits on the nose - black cherry, red currant, red plums with notes of red flower petals, baking spices, toabacco and compose. Dry on the palate with more black fruit character - ripe blackcurrant and black cherry, as well as the red flower petals from the nose and an added note of fresh thyme.
Medium body with medium + tannin. Rounded and balanced with a medium + finish.
Only 2/7 people got that this was Bordeaux, a lot of people said Rhone and some said Valpolicella. Additionally, a lot of people incorrectly said this was aged only in large oak barrels and that the wine was 3-5 years old.

Tastes very Merlot driven. Ripe (almost overripe; but not quite jammy) raspberries, black cherries, red currants, cigar wrapper and coffee grounds. Medium + body with medium tannin and medium acid. Rounded; but I just prefer my Bordeaux a little greener and less primary.

very good wine, elegant, delicate, peak of wine was so good but power of wine is little weak malolactic smell, tabaco , cedar, black fruit pyrazine(tomato), pepper in palate, start with acidity, it was not good structure, time makes wine smoother and abundant.
