First tasted this at Evening Land winery, but the 2016. Impressed, but they were sold out.
Decanted for about 1 hr. Nose resembles palate very closely. Jasmine tea, stone, minerals. Nose: very good 8/10. Palate: 9/10. Medium light body. Soft, mouth-coating tannin. Strawberry tart. Medium acidity. Finish: 9/10. Price: 8/10 ($50 at an auction). Enjoyment: 9/10. Drink now. Would buy again: absolutely. Can drink this all day long :)

Medium light ruby color. Very fragrant, well balanced. Certainly Burgundian in style but layers of delicate red fruit with good earthiness. Drinking perfectly now but has st least another 5 years ahead of it. Excellent.

apparent lighter style, but then the mouthfeel and complexity kick in; there is some mixed red berry (but its not about the fruit), earth, stone, and a mild citric acid finish that adds to length; great food wine day two, great mouth texture, with fruit and structure in balance

I’m not a huge fan of Burgundian Pinots, but this one was phenomenal .....so beautifully elegant and flavorful. If anyone can recommend other Burgundian wines similar to this wine I’d appreciate it.

This wasn’t as good as the previous bottle...seemed a little thin and light
