Not much on the nose. No real defining fruit, looks awfully thin in the glass definitely light bodied Pinot Noir. Mouth feels light, medium legs, some forest floor and graphite notes with maybe some mushroom and wet grass. Tart cherries make up the fruit notes. Not much to expect from a $20 bottle of wine

Crimson to pale garnet, medium legs. Aromas are subtle and mostly red fruit:strawberry, cherry, maybe hints of light toast and vanilla. On the palate, faint mint and eucalyptus are added. After a few days, even hints of chalk/stoniness emerge in the flavor. Light to medium body, linear texture, medium to medium plus finish, medium acidity. This is a wine with complexity that increased as it got a few days old; interesting. For the reason of increasing complexity, QPR at $16 to $17 is above average. Drink now or in 2020.

For such a young wine, this has a nice lightly fruity flavor, mixed with some leather, cedar, earth, and good balanced acidity. Nice effort for a reasonably-priced wine.

Nice complex CC Pinot. Not particularly adorned but nice depth of character and very easy drinking.
