Bernardus Tasting - 2014 Chardonnays & 2013 Pinots (Carmel Valley): Unfortunately all of the four 2013 Pinots tasted in this lineup were forgettable for the most part and hovered in the 87 point range at best. I could not honestly tell you which wine was which. The Sierra Mar, Soberanes, Rosella's, and Garys' were pretty much all the same Pinot wrapped into one lackluster flavor robe of medium-bodied black cherry, strawberry, and some cedar. Thin mid-palate and a lost finish. QPR is all bad. There are <$20 Pinots out there that would hold more interest.
