  Sauvignon blanc from the villages of Brinay and Quincy with average age of 11 years.
  2-3 weeks fermentation then on fine lees over Winter and bottled in the following Spring.
  
  A(ccuracy)=2: Pale bright yellow; refined varietal.
  B(alance)=2: Good fruit and structure.
  C(omplexity)=2: Floral, citrus, hint of candy, subtle mineral.
  D(epth)=1: Understated and supple, yet firm and vibrant.
