Decanted for 3 hours and tasted along side 2 other cabs and 3 quality Bordeaux labels. It took top spot from everyone. Dark! Very balanced structure w tannins still strong but silky. Black fruit and baking spice w some forest notes. Palate is more layered black fruit emphasis on blackberry pie. Huge mouthfeel and generous acidity. Quite enjoyable. If you cant decant, its not worth opening yet.

Decanted 2.5 hours. Silky and refined black fruit with black pepper, supple tannins, subtle hints of spices such as oregano and ginger. Really nice Cab with many years of life left.

Drank this w/ DJ and CO at Capital Grille. We didn't decant, but I think it needed to open and could've used it. Definitely got better as dinner went on and would benefit from decanting.

Nose of dark fruit. Relatively soft tannins. Drinking very well. Could probably go another 5 years in the cellar no problem.
