PNP. Cork perfect. Color still dark ruby. Nose dominated by cherries. Swishing this shows mostly acid structure but the alcohol peeks out in the middle. Light tannin. Sipping this shows polish to smooth the structure. Drinking well. The one last bottle out there is saying “drink me now” :)

PNP. cork perfect. color dark ruby. nose has cranberry and pomegranate. swishing this shows acidity and light tannin structure. gets a bit stemmy on the finish. sipping gives the fruit a better footing, showing perfect balance and smooths out the structure. this remains one of my favorite interpretations of gamay. i think that this has plenty to keep it going for several more years, but it is so good now i don't plan to chance this getting too old. drink

PNP. cork intact. color dark ruby. nose unmistakably gamay but dispalys earth and candied cherry raspberry and cranberry. swishing shows earthiness, with acid and tannin in support but the finish is polished. sipping allows the tart fruit to shine and the glossy finish goes way longer than gamay usually does. this is really a first rate example of how good gamay can be, and judging by CT holdings and consumption is completely under-recognized. More for me i guess :)

Crunchy red fruit up front, nice integration with a vegetal, slightly earth core.
