This pale yellow Sauvignon Blanc has a pleasant but somewhat muted bouquet of lemon zest, stone fruits and minerals. Light-bodied, fresh and without any heat from its 13% alcohol, it delivers flavors comparable to (but more intense) than the aromas. Thinning a bit in the middle and closing short-to-medium, this simply lacks the "stuffing" to warrant a higher score. Drink now-2018.

More fruity than vegetal - grapefruit, a little grass, a cold lake. Medium-high acid, well-integrated alcohol, no defects. A little simple, but good, much the same in terms of its quality as the Pinot Noir. 13%. $20-25.

Clear, bright, medium straw. Diminished aromatics - stones, grapefruit (thiols), very faint fresh-cut grass. Dry, medium body, medium plus alcohol - 13% (actually 12.5), high acid, no bitterness. Medium plus length - grapefruit, grass, and crushed stones.
Good, if not aromatic.
Stainless steel elevage for 12 months, fined and filtered.
