beautiful ripe Riesling. inviting nose. yellow fruits, apricot, manderine, roasted nuts, touch of almond/marzipan, spices. palate is lively and timeless. quite powerful. bit broad but acidity keeps it fresh and cleansing. dried fruits at the finish. also a touch of red berries. quite complex and long. love it.

Very nice rendition of Kamptal Riesling. A little young and precocious, but still an enjoyable drink. Petulant nose of shaved ginger, green apple, and hyacinth. This was served a little warm as we were dining outside on a moderately warm summer day and opted not to request an ice bucket.
Dry and expressive on the palate with pronounced citrus tones, ginger, and some tart red apple. Just a suggestion of spritz that may have been more accentuated at a colder temperature. Paired surprisingly well with a milk fed veal dish in white wine with roasted peppers. But then again, I feel Riesling can adapt and flourish with a variety of dishes in addition to the standard Thai and Szechuan fare.
Good QPR here at sub $40.
