  • On the downslope and losing acidity/tone, but still tasty - don't delay drinking if you're holding any.

  • Nice gold color. A really good pairing with shrimp cocktail. Peaches and nectarines with hints of vanilla in the nose. Nice acidity and balance. Medium bodied and a medium length finish.

  • Drank this with home made fish tacos. Nice overall wine, the nose was pleasant with some stone fruits, nice acidity on the mouth, but a bit of a bigger bite on alcohol. Also not so sure what the Semillon adds to this, especially in such high quantity (50% I believe). Would have preferred this all sav blanc.

  • Nice white Bordeaux blend here - this 50/50 sav blanc and semillion blend has a nose of pear, peach, honey, a bit of vanilla, and hint of pencil eraser. This is a nice easy drinker. It has pretty good depth, good taste, and is pretty tasty overall. We paired this with home made pan seared scallops and it worked really well with that pairing. This wine totally needs food to be paired with it.

  • Nice white Bordeaux blend here - mix of 50/50 sav blanc and semillion. We popped and poured this - served at cellar temperature of 55 degrees. The nose was a very pleasant white peach, flint, rubber eraser, and a touch of vanilla. The palate is medium bodied, nice acidity, good mouth feel and a nice finish. The finish is nice and long. Overall this is really enjoyable - however it does have a bit too much alcohol (14.9%) if you ask me for a more delicate white. The alcohol is bit overpowering and takes away from this wine. Would be a point or two higher if a lower alcohol content.
