ABV: 7.5%. I completely forgot about this bottle as it was opened and left in the back of the fridge so this tasting note will be based on the analysis now as I retaste it again after it's been opened for a week (maybe two weeks?). The fruits aren't as abundant in the nose as they should be, but I can still detect some ripe stone fruits and honey mixed with some flinty minerality. However, there's plenty of fruit on the palate, lifted by ample and integrated acidity, as it leads into a lingering, crème brulée-like profile on the finish. This is an impressive wine after being opened for over a week and I know I opened this bottle way to soon, but I was eager and curious to taste it. Knowing the wines of Markus Molitor, I expect this wine to cellar and develop for at least another decade.

Had next to Loersch TBA and this tasted a little like diluted sprite when compared. On its own it was alright and felt more food friendly than spätleses of recent vintages.

Very good, and will certainly become even better with age. Very good qpr at 20 EUR!
