  Zwei Stunden vor dem Trinken dekantiert. In der Nase ist der Holzausbau leicht riechbar. Typischer Rieslinggeruch von frischer Frucht und Schiefer. Im Mund dann ein herrlicher Geschmack von Grapefruit und Pampelmuse. Langer würziger Abgang mit Zitronen und tief in der Struktur verwobenen, langsam erkennbar werdenden Nussaromen. Meiner Auffassung nach eine immer noch stark vorhandene Säure. Kann noch reifen und hat definitiv noch einige gute Jahre vor sich. Sehr wahrscheinlich 5 Jahre+. 89—90+
  
  Decanted two hours before drinking. In the nose, the wood finish is a little bit noticeable. Riesling smell of fresh fruit and slate. In the mouth then a wonderful taste of grapefruit. Long spicy finish with lemons and nut aromas deeply interwoven in the structure, slowly becoming recognizable. In my opinion a still strong acidity. Can still ripen and definitely has some good years ahead. Very likely 5 years+. 89—90+

  Nice exotic fruits in the nose. On the palate very much on the acidic side, slightly overwhelming any other tastes, but still very tasty. Medium long finish.
